1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

NEO belongs to [to be filled in] (taxpayer number INN [to be filled in], registration number OGRNIP [to be filled in]), referred to below as “we”. You are the person who uses NEO, referred to below as “you”.

NEO is an AI service: a web chat on the website and an agent app for Mac. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Consent to the processing of personal data is a separate document: Consent.

2. Account

  • You may use NEO from the age of 18.
  • Give your real email address: it is the only way we can reply to your requests.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share your password or access with other people. Everything done from your account counts as done by you until you tell us it has been hacked.
  • If you have connected the Mac app to your account, it acts on your behalf. To disconnect your Mac from the account, sign out of the account in the app.

3. What NEO offers

The web chat answers questions, searches the internet, draws pictures and writes texts. The Mac app works as an agent: with your permission it reads and changes files, runs commands and opens websites on your computer.

Answers are written by models from other companies: OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek and Z.ai. Requests to them go through the OpenRouter service. The set of models may change.

The web chat is free within limits. The limits are shown in your account and may change.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans are not on sale at the moment. When payment opens, the terms of payment, renewal and refunds will be set out in a separate public offer on the website. For paid services, the offer will take precedence over these terms.

5. What you must not do

  • Break the law, ask NEO to help you do so, or create illegal material with it.
  • Create adult material, material showing violence against people or animals, or material harmful to children.
  • Write malware, attack other people’s websites and systems, or access other people’s data without permission.
  • Get around limits, safety checks and other restrictions of NEO.
  • Resell access to NEO or send requests in bulk by software instead of a person.
  • Infringe other people’s rights: copyright, trademark rights, privacy.

Messages in the web chat are automatically checked for safety. NEO may refuse a request. For repeated violations we may restrict or block the account.

6. AI answers

  • AI makes mistakes. An answer may be inaccurate, out of date or made up. Check important facts.
  • NEO’s answers are not advice from a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional.
  • You decide for yourself how to use an answer, text or code.
  • The Mac app changes files and runs commands on your computer. Check what it does, and back up important files.

7. Rights to texts and code

What you write and upload to NEO remains yours. You allow us to process it only as far as NEO needs in order to work: to store it, pass it to the models and show it to you.

We claim no rights to the answers, texts, images and code that NEO has created at your request. Note that another person may get a similar answer.

The NEO name, logo, design, website and app belong to us. You may use the app for your own tasks and work. You may not copy, sell or disassemble its code, except where the law expressly allows it.

8. How the service works

NEO is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running without interruption but do not promise this: there may be maintenance, and outages on our side or at the model providers.

We may add, change and remove features.

9. Liability

We are not liable for errors in AI answers, for outages of third-party services, for changes the app made on your computer at your request, or for lost profits. This limitation applies to the extent the law allows and does not take away your rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You can stop using NEO at any time. To delete your account together with all its data, write to us at [to be filled in] from the address given in your account.

For serious or repeated violations of these terms we may block the account.

11. Changes to the terms

A new version of the terms is published on this page. Its date is shown at the top. If you keep using NEO after that date, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. First send us a written claim at [to be filled in]: we will reply within 30 days. If we cannot reach agreement, the dispute will be decided by a court under Russian law, including the law on consumer protection.
