2. Purposes

  • To create and maintain your NEO account and let you sign in to it.
  • To store your chats and reply to messages using AI models.
  • To count limits and protect NEO from abuse and hacking.
  • To answer your requests.

3. What data

  • Name, email, password hash.
  • Avatar and instructions for NEO, if you add them.
  • Messages, images and other chat content.
  • Usage data: the number of requests and tokens, safety check flags.
  • Data about connected devices.
  • IP address, as a hash.

4. What the operator may do with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated.

5. Transfer to other companies and abroad

You agree that, to produce answers, chat content (text, images, instructions, summaries of older messages) is transferred to OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) and to the companies whose models write the answers: OpenAI and Anthropic (USA), DeepSeek and Z.ai (China). Your email, name and password are not passed to them.

You understand that these countries may not have data protection equal to Russia’s.

The data is stored on servers of the hosting provider [to be filled in] in Russia.

6. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid for as long as your account exists, or until you withdraw it.

You can withdraw consent by writing to [to be filled in] from the address given in your account, or to [to be filled in]. After withdrawal, the operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days, unless the law allows or requires it to be kept longer. NEO cannot work without processing data, so your account will be deleted together with the data.
