Meet NEO What is NEO?
NEO is a standalone app for working with an AI agent. Chats, files, project folders and tools come together in one space.
What can the agent do?
Create and edit files, write code, explore data and help with content. You set the goal, follow the progress and get the result.
How do I get started?
NEO Web Chat lets you talk to AI in your browser, choose a model and keep your conversations. It doesn’t run commands or work with files.
Sign up or sign in to start a conversation in your browser. To work with files and project folders, use the separate NEO app — its interface is shown on this page.
How is NEO different from a regular chatbot?
A chatbot answers with text, and copying code, creating files and hunting for errors is left to you. The NEO agent does these steps itself: it works with your project files, runs commands and checks the result in a browser.
Is it free?
The web chat is free: 12 messages and 3 images a day, with limits resetting at midnight your time. Paid plans Pro ($20 per month), Max ($100) and Ultra ($200) are on their way: they’ll include an agent for websites and apps with a credit pack. The free plan is here to stay. The NEO app for Mac is a free download.
Which models?
The web chat offers Claude Haiku 5.5, GPT-6 Luna, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, and GLM 5.3. You pick a model for each chat and can switch at any time. Images are drawn by GPT Image 2.5 Flare, with the prompt written by your chosen model.
Where is my data?
Web chat conversations and generated images are stored on the NEO server and are only available to you once you sign in; your password is stored as a hash. To get an answer, your message is sent to the chosen model via OpenRouter. You can delete all chats in “Account → Data”. The NEO app works with files right on your Mac.
Is there a Windows version?
Not yet: the NEO app is only available for Macs with Apple Silicon, and a Windows version is on its way. The web chat works in any browser — on Windows, Linux and your phone.
